Hey guys!
Are there any local stores that carry vanilla beans and Fruit puree? I just brewed a NEIPA today with lactose and I'd like to get a few beans for secondary. Thanks!

Hello.
I think u can find vanilla beans into a store called la bruyere. Normaly its for bakeries or other job not breweries but i think they have what you want..
Gosselies and suarlee are the place where you can find them

I would definitely go for grout rather than purée (which can be quite messy). I would also choose organic vanilla beans as I don't trust the greasy stuff you find around the corner (you can find bioplanet shops everywhere). If you can find a smaller shop run by an independent dealer, it is even better.

So I went by Ramaut today...2 vanilla beans were €21.
I attached photos of the fruit puree that they had too. I'll look into finding grout too though.
