Comme il n&rsquo;y a que 15,8 l de mo&ucirc;t, j&rsquo;ajoute 4,2 l d&rsquo;eau bouillie pour arriver &agrave; 20 l.
(15,8 * 1066 + 4,2 * 1000)/20 = 1052. Comme la recette indiquait 1054, c&rsquo;est parfait.

J&rsquo;ai mis dans le mo&ucirc;t les groseilles (avec peaux, grains et queues) et le liquide sucr&eacute;.
